Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. This gives you ample time to ensure your contemporary fashion piece fits perfectly and matches your sophisticated style.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use
  • Original packaging must be included and intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Knitwear (due to the delicate nature of the fabric and construction)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or altered items

Our knitwear collections are crafted with intricate details and delicate fabrics that require special handling, making them unsuitable for returns once the protective packaging has been opened.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 24-48 hours, our customer service team will respond with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (for exchanges or defective items)
  • Detailed packing instructions
  • Return shipping address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the completed return form (provided in your order), and attach the shipping label. Drop your package at any authorized DHL, FedEx, or EMS location.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once your return or exchange is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full item price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.

Exchange Options

International Returns
